- Connect consumer and business goals through design decisions you can clearly articulate, from squad discussions to leadership reviews
- Effectively communicate the business and user-centered rationale behind design choices in forums such as design reviews, project-team meetings, and leadership discussions
- Use experimentation, funnel data, and research insights to refine your designs and inform ship/no-ship decisions
- Deliver high-quality work across desktop and mobile, with comprehensive documentation and interactive prototypes, while contributing back to our Design System
- Help foster a culture of design excellence through critique, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
- 5+ years designing and shipping consumer products across desktop and mobile, including experience as the design lead for multiple squads or end-to-end initiatives
