- Define, own, and socialize the north-star metrics for the space and report progress against those goals to the relevant stakeholders
- Translate threat research into forward-looking defensive product work, so our roadmap focus’s on the highest-leverage defensive investments rather than one-off firefights
- Partner with product teams across Discord to embed abuse resistance into new surfaces before they ship
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, excited about finding solutions to complex, adversarial problems and then executing on them
- Passionate about Discord and about keeping users safe from abuse at scale
- Strong product sense and pride in understanding Discord and our users
