## About the role

Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage. Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate moderate complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.

## What they're looking for

- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 2 years relevant property adjusting and/or claims adjusting experience handling moderately complex claims or construction related industry/insurance experience
- Developing knowledge of residential construction
- Working knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate
- Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Working knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations
