## About the role

Ten years in and on track to reach $50M in annual revenue this year, DNSFilter is entering a defining phase of growth. We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy behind it. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO owns Finance and Accounting in full and is accountable for the numbers that guide the company's decisions. It is a role with genuine authority, a seat at the executive table, and a direct line to the board.

## What they're looking for

- Proven experience as a CFO at a company in the $50M to $200M revenue range, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Direct, hands-on experience leading finance through a significant transaction, such as M&A
- A track record of building rigorous financial operations, including a clean close, strong internal controls, and reliable forecasting, and not simply providing strategic oversight
- Experience integrating acquired companies' financials into a single reporting structure
- Experience working closely with a board and CEO in a scaleup environment
- A reputation for strong cross-functional partnership and clear, proactive communication, supported by references
