## About the role

You'll be a technical leader within one of our cross-functional product teams, delivering compliant, production-grade software in a regulated healthcare environment. You'll work across the full stack with a focus on Elixir on the backend but be able to pick up frontend as required (React) championing simple, pragmatic engineering that keeps patients safe and helps customers succeed.

## What they're looking for

- Strong production experience as a fullstack engineer with Elixir on the backend you know OTP and the ecosystem well enough to build and maintain production systems confidently
- Confident enough to pick up frontend React, able to contribute to responsive, accessible interfaces
- Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment comfortable with ambiguity, resilient through change, and able to adapt quickly as priorities shift
- Hands-on experience with databases and GraphQL in production environments
- A track record of leading technical delivery on complex projects breaking down problems, making pragmatic tradeoffs, and shipping reliably
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment (healthcare or medical device experience is a strong plus)
