## About the role

Get every eligible patient started, and keep them in interactions worth having. Our patients are often older, frequently unwell, and many have never used an app. The industry answer is a better onboarding flow. That does not work here. Your job is to find what does. The job is not what it was three years ago. You will not be expected to ship code. Everything else is in scope.

- A strong track record as a PM, with sharp product taste and judgement
- Shipped products where the hard part was the underlying model, not the interface. Platform, workflow, lifecycle, CRM or similar
- Worked in a technology start-up or scale-up
- Ran experiments on large data sets
- Comfortable working with engineers to make build or buy decisions
- Excellent communication skills
