## About the role

As the paid media manager, you will own paid acquisition across every channel we run: Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, direct mail, and other channels. This is an individual contributor role with real channel ownership. You'll craft and execute the strategy for how the channels are structured, tested, and scaled, and work with internal and external creative teams to guide creative development. Working with our analytics lead, you'll dig for insights, and provide detailed reporting to the leadership team.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years running paid acquisition across SEM, paid social, and other channels, with direct budget ownership, including at least one channel you took from zero to material scale
- Hands on keyboard in at least two of Google, Meta, TikTok, connected TV, and direct mail, and eagerness to quickly learn those you don't have experience with
- Strong analytical capabilities. While we have an analytics team, you should be able to run the numbers yourself
- You’re adept at how AI can help media planning, buying, and optimization, and excited by developing new tools to improve the impact of your efforts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, and deploying increasingly large budgets
- A direct communicator who readily shares informed recommendations
