Own full-cycle recruiting for Senior AI/ML Engineers, Backend Engineers, and other technical roles from sourcing to offer close Build and run a proactive sourcing strategy to reach passive candidates — especially those working at the frontier of AI research and applied ML

## What they're looking for

- • 5+ years of technical recruiting, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or applied ML roles
- • Proven track record closing senior AI engineers in a competitive market — people who had other offers
- • Ability to hold a substantive conversation about model architectures, LLM fine-tuning, agentic systems, and inference pipelines
- • Experience building recruiting infrastructure at an early-stage startup (no playbook, no coordinator, no excuses)
- • Strong sourcing instincts — you know where the engineers who never apply are, and how to reach them
