## About the role

A Forward Deployed Engineer is a software engineer with solutions instincts, embedded in a customer’s environment and building AI workflows on Domino that the customer couldn’t have built as fast, or as well, without you. We write production code, ship it inside the customer’s environment, and stay close to the problem until Domino is fundamentally part of how they work.

## What they're looking for

- 1-3 years of experience working in a customer-facing technical role
- Core Technical Stack: Strong engineering roots with deep proficiency in Python (primary), alongside familiarity with SQL, R, and Bash
- AI & MLOps Experience: A proven track record of delivering machine learning workflows, model deployment/monitoring, GPU workloads, and generative AI or agent frameworks
- Execution Style: An "act fast, own it" mentality. You thrive in ambiguity, do not let blockers sit, and are comfortable making yourself productive inside an unfamiliar codebase quickly
