- Built a scalable data platform with a robust DBT transformation layer, enabling customers, engineers, and analysts to reliably model and query large-scale event data, track key product metrics, and power customer facing analytics
- Launched a flexible notification system, delivering timely, reliable alerts across Slack, email, and other channels for internal and customer-facing use cases
- Standardized core service patterns and shared business logic (auth, persistence, messaging), scaling them into reusable services that reduce duplication, ensure consistency, and enable product engineers to move faster as the company grows
