## About the role

Dorsia is seeking an Automation Engineer to sit at the intersection of product quality and operational intelligence. You will own two things that matter equally: ensuring our platform ships reliably through robust automated testing, and identifying the repetitive, manual, and error-prone workflows across the company that should no longer exist.

## What they're looking for

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers for our core products
- Own and evolve our test automation framework, including tools like Maestro, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent API testing approaches
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and keep the build signal clean and trustworthy
- Partner with Engineers and Product Managers to define and validate acceptance criteria for new features before they ship
- Monitor test runs for flakiness and failures, and drive improvements that fix them durably rather than paper over them
- Contribute to test strategy and coverage planning, with particular focus on high-risk and high-impact surfaces
