## About the role

Dorsia is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the execution of our digital product experience across our digital presence. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an AI-native designer who takes major features from first concept to ship, prototyping in working software rather than static mockups. The strategy is set. We need someone who can turn it into a working product at a level of polish worthy of our members.

## What they're looking for

- Design major features end to end, moving from first concept through launch alongside product managers and engineers
- Work at a high level of fidelity from the start, delivering approval-ready designs rather than rough passes
- Perfect the micro interactions, transitions, and haptic details that make a product feel considered and premium
- Produce a high volume of high-quality work within the design framework set by our Senior Designer
- Rapidly iterate on new features, using AI tools to absorb feedback and turn it around without losing momentum
- Build out user flows, interaction patterns, funnels, and design system components across our digital presence
