## About the role

Dorsia is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketplace to unify and lead the growth engine of the company, building and deploying the agentic AI infrastructure that powers it. Reporting to the CEO, this role brings supply and demand under one strategic leader, creating the alignment, accountability, and velocity to power Dorsia’s next phase.

## What they're looking for

- Define and own the long-term marketplace strategy, including supply and demand dynamics, category expansion, and global growth
- Own the marketplace P&L with full accountability for revenue performance, cost of growth, and unit economics across supply and demand
- Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention on both sides of the marketplace, including inventory, partnerships, business development, and memberships
- Manage marketplace liquidity by calibrating demand against supply capacity, protecting the integrity and exclusivity of the Dorsia experience
- Drive pricing and yield optimization, including dynamic pricing, minimum spend architecture, and yield management across venue tiers
- Lead the Culture Calendar, ensuring Dorsia’s event and experience offering stays consistently ahead of the market and drives membership targets
