## About the role

Dorsia is seeking a Video Editor to bring our editing in-house. This is a role for an editor with a real instinct for pacing and hooks, someone who can sit with hours of unscripted footage from a restaurant, an event, or a founder's trip and find the story inside it.

- Work from large volumes of unscripted footage and shape it into a clear narrative
- Bring a sharp instinct for pacing, hooks, music, and selects to every cut
- Find the shot. Anticipate what the edit needs and capture the B-roll, coverage, and moments that let an editor tell the story
