## About the role

The Growth Manager will own paid acquisition end-to-end at Doss—from strategy to hands-on-keyboard execution. This is a hands-on role across our paid channels, primarily Google, LinkedIn, and Meta , that range from 0→1 builds to scaling programs that are already live. You'll be responsible for standing up new channels, scaling proven ones, and designing the experiments that unlock new pipeline volume for our GTM team.
