## About the role

Doss's PMO team is the core engine of DOSS and the success of our customers. The Portfolio Manager sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, implementation, and customer partnership — leading a small team of PMO ICs while staying deeply hands-on yourself. You'll own a portfolio of Doss's most complex, high-value client relationships and lead your team through the full post-sales lifecycle:

- 6+ years experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management — with at least some time leading or mentoring others, ERP experience is a plus, not a requirement
