## About the role

The Accounting Manager leads the accounting operations of Dragos Public Sector subsidiary ( D PS) , ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with GAAP, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and government contracting requirements. This role has responsibility for the subsidiary's month-end close, financial reporting, revenue recognition, audit support, timekeeping compliance, and internal controls, while partnering across finance, contracts, and operations.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management experience
- Experience with U.S. government contract accounting and compliance (FAR, DCAA, cost accounting standards)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606, including standalone selling price and performance obligations
- Experience managing external audits and working with auditors
- Experience with government timekeeping and labor compliance
