## About the role

This role interfaces with the client directly and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments. Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure. This is an onsite role based in Houston, TX requiring regular onsite work.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of ICS/OT and Cybersecurity experience
- Networking experience – Strong knowledge of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols
- Experience with Linux (command line), Docker, scripting languages (python, shell, etc.), SIEMs
- Experience in on-premise and cloud software solutions for Enterprise while managing multiple stakeholders and projects
- Customer-oriented and attentive to client needs, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
