Dragos is seeking a senior-level Product Manager to join the new Neighborhood Keeper product team, building and evolving Dragos's collective defense platform for industrial cybersecurity. ## What they're looking for

- Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Neighborhood Keeper, Dragos's collective defense platform that shares anonymized xOT threat intelligence at machine-speed across industries, sectors, and regions
- Translate participant feedback, government partner input, and the evolving xOT threat landscape into a clear quarter-over-quarter Neighborhood Keeper roadmap
- Drive development of core Neighborhood Keeper capabilities, including anonymized telemetry query federation, community-wide threat visibility, Knowledge Pack distribution, and Trusted Insight Alert delivery
- Engage directly with participants and customer-facing teams to understand collective defense needs across the participant community, gather feedback, and iterate on product direction
- Develop a deep understanding of the xOT threat landscape, community threat intelligence programs, and the operational and regulatory constraints that govern information sharing within critical infrastructure sectors
- Represent Dragos’s perspective on collective defense, anonymous threat intelligence sharing, and community-wide xOT security to customers, government partners, analysts, and industry groups
