## About the role

DREAMLABS is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of email and SMS marketing across our client portfolio. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working inside Klaviyo and can take a finalized strategy, brief, and creative assets and turn them into accurate, fully functional campaigns and automated flows.

## What they're looking for

- 1+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally within an agency or e-commerce environment
- Hands-on experience building campaigns, segments, and automated flows in Klaviyo is required
- Experience with Postscript or another SMS marketing platform is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, customer retention, and automated customer journeys
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the accuracy of your work
- Highly reliable and communicative, with the ability to manage deadlines, keep your calendar organized, and proactively update the team on progress or blockers
