## About the role

At Salesloft, our Senior Commercial Counsel will be a critical member of our lean, high-impact Legal team. This is a dual-mandate role: you'll start by leading a heavy lift on maturing our privacy program, then shift focus toward commercial deal work as volume ramps into quarter-end. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following:

## What they're looking for

- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in a United States bar,
- Background in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies strongly preferred, with the adaptable, self-directed mindset common among counsel who've grown up in fast-moving tech environments
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, negotiation, and drafting skills, including experience negotiating complex IP and data privacy terms with enterprise customers
- Excellent legal and business judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple matters and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by end-to-end ownership rather than narrow scope
