## What they're looking for

- Delivery end to end — plan, milestones, dependencies, critical path, go-live. Including a clean handover from pre-sales, so nothing agreed in the sales cycle is lost and nothing undeliverable is inherited
- Go/no-go readiness — own UAT coordination and the evidence pack that makes “are we ready to launch?” a documented answer rather than a judgement call
- Voice of the customer — advocate for the partner internally, carrying recurring integration friction into Product as evidenced feedback, and delivery reality back into pre-sales
- 7+ years in business analysis, implementation, or client-facing delivery within financial services, capital markets, brokerage, payments, or B2B fintech
- Demonstrable ownership of external client integrations end to end — you’ve run go-lives, not just workstreams
- Practical API literacy: read an OpenAPI spec, follow a Postman collection, read a JSON payload, write a requirement referencing the right endpoint and fields
