## About the role

Druva is seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Finance to lead strategic financial management, which is crucial for driving financial excellence and operational discipline within our growing SaaS business. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Vice President of Finance will oversee both corporate finance activities and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a high-growth SaaS or software company
- Proven track record of owning and scaling FP&A and Corporate Finance functions
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, pipeline forecasting, and operational KPIs (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.)
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and tools (Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, and planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
