This is a remote role based in Florida, supporting the LATAM territory as part of our global Business Development team. ## What they're looking for

- 2+ years in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus if you'll be covering Brazilian accounts)
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers across LATAM markets from the first conversation
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Apollo or HubSpot
- A proven ability to stay organized and maintain quality at volume
