## About the role

Dyne Therapeutics is focused on delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases. We are developing therapeutics that target muscle and the central nervous system (CNS) to address the root cause of disease. The company is advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) as well as preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), Pompe disease and multiple DMD mutations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required, advanced degree such as an MS, MBA, or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of management or functional leadership experience, including 5+ years in alliance management within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, or a closely related area
- Deep expertise in alliance governance, strategic partnership development, performance management, and execution through external organizations
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical development from late-stage development through commercialization, including manufacturing, technical development, supply, and launch-readiness interdependencies
- Expertise in strategic planning, governance, contract and milestone oversight, budget management, risk management, and issue escalation
