## About the role

Dyne Therapeutics is focused on delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases. We are developing therapeutics that target muscle and the central nervous system (CNS) to address the root cause of disease. The company is advancing clinical programs for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) as well as preclinical programs for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), Pompe disease and multiple DMD mutations.

## What they're looking for

- PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific discipline with 0–3 years of industry experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience in bioconjugation chemistry and protein purification
- Experience with the conjugation of proteins, peptides, antibodies, or oligonucleotides
- Strong understanding of linker chemistry, conjugation mechanisms, and site-specific modification strategies
- Hands-on experience with purification techniques, including HPLC, FPLC, size-exclusion chromatography, ion-exchange chromatography, and affinity chromatography
- Experience with analytical characterization methods such as LC-MS, UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and dynamic light scattering
