We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Machine Learning to lead and scale our machine learning efforts across the company. As a fintech company where data and machine learning (ML) is integral to both our business strategy and user experience, we depend on robust, scalable systems to drive impactful decisions and deliver exceptional customer value.

## What they're looking for

- MS or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, and or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience in Engineering or Scientific domains,
- 7+ years of experience as a team builder and leader in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams
- Extensive breadth and depth of knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Industry experience building and productionizing machine learning systems
