## About the role

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, with a primary focus on Core HCM and Security. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing scalable people systems that enable business growth and operational efficiency. You will act as a strategic partner to People, Finance, and IT teams—translating business needs into system solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and streamlined processes across the employee lifecycle.
