## About the role

As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you'll be central to how we grow our member base, running, testing, and tuning campaigns across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, and more) as well as programmatic. You'll partner day to day with Analytics, Creative, and Product to design rigorous tests and move growth faster. You'll also take ownership of our paid social AI workflows and insight reporting, and shape where they go next.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2C growth marketing for a mobile-first company
- Proven experience in executing and optimizing campaigns across Paid Social and Programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills (incrementality testing, MMM, marginal CAC, etc.) with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance
- Deep experience with mobile attribution and MMPs
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals
