## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Biomedical, Electrical, Computer or related field)
- 7-10+ years of program management or engineering leadership experience spanning hardware concept development to production release
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering, embedded firmware, electronics architecture, and understanding of V&V activities for electromechanical systems
- Serve as a key point of contact for external consultants and contractors, including development and manufacturing partners and suppliers
- Demonstrated success in managing complex technical programs with rigorous regulatory requirements and tight timelines
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, sprint planning, and task tracking, including creating trackers, dashboards, and reporting
