## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of post-academic, industry experience in product development of electro-mechanical hardware devices
- Experience with, and inclination toward hands-on rapid prototyping
- Experience designing mechanical components for manufacturing such as plastic or metal parts, mechanical assemblies, printed circuit boards, cables
- Experience selecting and working with component and contract manufacturers
- Experience with dimensioning and tolerance analyses
