- Self-starter mindset with proven ability to run multi-track, cross-functional projects across software, cloud, and hardware integrations
- Hands-on experience running Agile/Hybrid workflows, leading sprint planning, managing backlogs, and maintaining daily momentum
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) to build trackers, dashboards, and maintain execution visibility
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines to align with software development cycles
