## About the role

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the leadership, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Echodyne's facilities portfolio. This role oversees building infrastructure, maintenance, engineering, capital projects, workplace services, and Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations supporting manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, and office environments.

## What they're looking for

- Experience supporting advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, semiconductor, electronics, biotechnology, or similarly complex technical environments
- Demonstrated expertise with Building Management Systems (BMS) such as Siemens Desigo, Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell, Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Tridium Niagara, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, utilities, and critical infrastructure systems
- Proven experience leading capital projects and managing operating and capital budgets
- Experience managing facilities operations and capital improvement programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
