## About the role

(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning sciences, educational technology, engineering education, technical communication, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
- Three or more years of experience designing professional or technical training
- Demonstrated experience developing asynchronous e-learning and performance-support materials
- Working knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional design approaches such as ADDIE, SAM, backward design, and Bloom’s Taxonomy
- Proficiency with an e-learning authoring platform such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or an equivalent tool
- Experience creating meaningful assessments, hands-on exercises, and scenario-based learning
