## About the role

(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations. ## What they're looking for

- Knowledgeable in PCBA and PCB fabrication processes for RF/High speed digital boards, including tolerances, use of micro-vias, and DFM appropriate design methodologies
- Experience working with and managing contract manufacturers in the testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies. Expertise with design and fabrication of custom test systems and fixtures
- Proficiency/Experience with statistical data analysis techniques to characterize test processes and drive improvement projects
- Ability to learn and adapt to advanced RF microwave technology. Experience with Radar and RF microwave measurement instruments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to bring the proper resources to solve priority technical issues in a timely manner
- Knowledge of computer interface protocols
