## About the role

- Experience driving supplier qualification, onboarding, and development efforts for hardware components or assemblies
- Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles, design-for-manufacturing principles, and supplier engagement models
- Highly proficient in building and managing integrated project plans, tracking risk and performance, and driving execution through influence
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex requirements across technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong organizational awareness and ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
