- Act as the primary coordinator for prospect and customer delivery projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across multiple stakeholders
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and delivery of implementations, integrations, and other technical engagements
- Serve as the customer’s point of contact for project progress, issues, and escalations
- Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product teams to ensure commitments are understood, scoped, and met
- Develop and maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule
