## About the role

(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations. Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs compliance, trade compliance, import/export operations, logistics compliance, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with HTS classification, country of origin, valuation, customs brokers, entry documents, and shipping documentation
- Working knowledge of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Familiarity with restricted party screening, customer due diligence, end-use/end-user red flags, and sanctions-related transaction review
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactional requests and escalate compliance issues clearly and timely
