## What they're looking for

- 2+ years in a deployment, solutions, or customer-facing product role at a high-growth technology company
- Fluency with AI. You already use these tools in your own work and have a feel for where they're strong and where they fall apart on messy, real-world inputs
- You have experience operating independently in unstructured environments, and have owned outcomes, not just tasks
- Dropped into an unfamiliar problem, your instinct is to ask questions and break it down before pitching a solution
- You treat a skeptical operator's objections as rational, because they usually are, and you'd rather spend a day watching someone work than read their process doc
- You're comfortable working directly with messy operational data, and you draw conclusions from it that hold up to scrutiny
