## About the role

eGenesis, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Accounting Manager to execute the day-to-day functions during a pivotal period of growth. Reporting to the Controller, this role will be responsible for all aspects of the monthly and quarterly close process. This highly visible role will use strong organizational skills and attention to detail to identify and implement operational decisions with accounting implications.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or industry experience
- Public company accounting experience preferred, including demonstrated ownership of monthly close process under public company reporting timelines
- Biotech or life sciences industry experience required, familiarity with clinical-stage accounting (CRO accrual methodology, collaboration agreement) strongly preferred
- Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite required
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
