## About the role

eGenesis is seeking a hands-on Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support workplace health and safety programs at our Northwest, Indiana location. This position works closely with the Director of EHS to implement safety programs, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, deliver training, and promote a proactive safety culture.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Biology, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of occupational health and safety experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, GMP manufacturing, laboratory, healthcare, veterinary, or similar regulated environments
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management principles
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
