## About the role

● Responsible for the look and feel of the Egnyte brand and make sure it holds up across all touchpoints . ● Manage and develop a small in-house creative team, and bring in freelancers and agencies when we need extra capacity or a skill we don't have.

## What they're looking for

- ● Eight or more years of design experience in-house or at an agency, including at least three years managing designers. B2B technology or software experience preferred
- ● A portfolio that shows strong, finished work across both print and digital
- ● Experience hiring and managing freelancers and agencies — scoping work, setting budgets, and holding vendors to deadlines
- ● A track record of running several projects at once, setting priorities when requests outnumber people, and delivering on time
- ● Clear, direct communication. You can explain creative decisions to people who are not designers, and you can take feedback as well as give it
- ● Expert in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
