## What they're looking for

- Active CPA license is required (Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong mix of public accounting and industry experience in a leadership role
- Deep subject matter expertise in U.S. GAAP, specifically ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers)
- Hands-on experience with key financial and operational systems, specifically NetSuite, Carta, and Salesforce
- Proven track record of managing and scaling diverse accounting teams (Revenue, Equity, Payroll)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with FP&A, Sales/Deal Desk, and Legal teams
