## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field with 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Python backend development with good working knowledge of Java
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and modern software architecture principles
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, observability, production troubleshooting, and application security
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, messaging systems, caching technologies, and asynchronous processing
- Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, secure, and highly available enterprise systems
