## About the role

· Provide data and analytical support for Carrier and Sales Center teams to address key business problems. · Represent Amplify in carrier-facing meetings, providing analytical expertise, performance reporting, and actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making and strengthen carrier partnerships.

## What they're looking for

- · Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience
- · Previous customer facing/strategic partnership experience
- · Three or more years of experience supporting sales analytics, business, or operations teams in an analytical capacity, sales analytics experience is strongly preferred
- · Hands-on experience with schema design and data modeling
- · Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts, including regression, statistical testing, and sampling
- · Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools and the ability to prepare data and visualizations for maximum impact, Excel, Tableau and ICIMS experience is strongly preferred
