## About the role

As we continue to develop and deploy cutting-edge autonomous technologies, we are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer (REL) to lead efforts in ensuring the long-term performance, durability, and robustness of critical hardware systems. This role is a key part of our Hardware Reliability team, with a focus on driving reliability strategy, testing, and validation across a broad range of electromechanical components, including sensors.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on reliability engineering experience, preferably in electromechanical systems or sensors
- Proven track record in testing and validating hardware components for long-term field performance
- Strong understanding of physics of failure and reliability engineering principles, particularly for electronic, optical, or mechanical systems
- Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing , including test design, execution, and result interpretation
- Familiarity with reliability analysis tools and techniques: FMEA , Weibull analysis , SPC , HALT/HASS , and accelerated life testing
