The Talent Brand & Internal Communications Associate is a hands-on, early-career role responsible for running Eightfold's employer brand storytelling program, What Works Here: the campaigns, stories, and channels that show candidates who we are through the people behind our innovation.

## What they're looking for

- Run day-to-day program management for talent brand initiatives, tracking deliverables and keeping campaigns on schedule
- Own the Talent Brand Program, ensuring the right stakeholders are brought in at the right time
- Uphold the editorial and content calendar to ensure we consistently share stories about our people and culture
- Deliver the monthly What Works Here blog and Flagship Stories in partnership with cross-functional teams, aligned with our content pillars and key hiring priorities
- Identify employee storytellers, conduct interviews, and draft content that brings their work to life
- Coordinate story timelines with product launches and business moments, working with Product Marketing to plan ahead so stories publish alongside announcements
