## About the role

The Senior Director, Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of Eikon's Total Rewards programs, including compensation, equity, benefits, and recognition. ## What they're looking for

- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s plus 15+ years of relevant experience
- Progressive Total Rewards experience, ideally within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or another high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team of Total Rewards professionals
- Experience working in both private and public company environments, including direct Compensation Committee support
- Deep expertise across compensation strategy, executive compensation, equity programs, benefits, job architecture, and public company compensation governance
- Strong working knowledge of SEC/SOX requirements, relevant tax considerations, and applicable benefits regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA, and ADA
