## About the role

Develop, coordinate, and deliver live and virtual new hire training, including home study, resource preparation, disease state education, product knowledge, and competitive landscape content. Support learners before, during, and after initial training to reinforce readiness, confidence, and application in the field.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life science, adult learning, education, business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five or more years of training experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging, practical, and creative training content for field-based teams
- Experience designing and delivering virtual training, distance learning, and learning management system-based programs
