## About the role

Ekho moves fast, and a lot of what matters most doesn't live neatly inside any one team. This Chief of Staff role exists to close that gap: you'll work directly with our founders, own the operational layer that keeps cross-functional work moving, and take on the projects that would otherwise fall through the cracks.

## What they're looking for

- 4–8 years in management consulting, investment banking, or a demanding operating role at a startup, with a track record of taking on unfamiliar problems and actually seeing them through
- You build systems and processes, not just one-off deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Fluent with AI: you've built skills, routines, and agents, and you actually use AI and systems-thinking to cut down your own day-to-day work
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
- Experience in a regulated or operationally complex industry (automotive, fintech, insurance, healthcare, or similar)
